France: Speed Cameras Burned, Spraypainted
A pair of speed cameras in France were taken out of service last week with fire and paint.

Haute Loire painted speed cameraVigilantes in Saint-Paul-de-Tartas, France disabled the speed camera on the N88 with red spraypaint on Friday, Le Progres reported. It is the twelfth automated ticketing machine disabled in the Haute-Loire region this summer, and the thirty-second for the year. In Valencay, vigilantes on Wednesday set fire to the speed camera on the RD956, according to La Nouvelle Republique.
