Vigilantes in Bacchus Marsh, Australia grabbed ten different speed cameras being used on the Avenue of Honour. The Melton Weekly reported the padlocks and cables used to tie down the equipment failed to deter those involved. The devices belonged to the private firm AECOM.

A speed camera in Lunigiana, Italy was set on fire last week, according to La Spezia. The device was located on the Cisa road outside Villafranca where the speed limit was set far below the natural speed of traffic at 50 km/h (31 MPH). In the village of Pallerone, two speed cameras on the Via Guido Rossa had their lenses smashed.
