AN ACT
AMENDING TITLE 28, CHAPTER 3, ARTICLE 6, ARIZONA REVISED STATUTES, BY ADDING SECTION 28-711; RELATING TO TRAFFIC SPEED RESTRICTIONS.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 28, chapter 3, article 6, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 28-711, to read:
28-711. Photo radar; prohibited use
ON A FREEWAY, AS DEFINED IN SECTION 28-7901, IN THIS STATE, THIS STATE OR A LOCAL AUTHORITY SHALL NOT USE PHOTO RADAR TO IDENTIFY VIOLATORS OF THIS ARTICLE WITHOUT LEGISLATIVE APPROVAL.
