On Monday, Washington State Police will begin using an unmarked police 18-wheeler truck and a spotter helicopter in an effort to ticket motorists on the I-5 freeway. The idea is to follow the model of the "Click it or Ticket" campaign and issue as many tickets as possible to "aggressive" drivers in "smaller vehicles.""Troopers can see these cars driving dangerously and that program proved effective in terms of the enforcement side," Porter told Fleet Owner.
